Megan Higgins received her Bachelors degree in music from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN and her Masters in Vocal Performance from Washington University in St. Louis. Megan’s musical journey began early in life, studying piano and dance, and later studying flute. As an adult she has performed with Washington University Opera and Union Avenue Opera. Megan has taught pre-school music and summer camp music classes and is also a volunteer with the Head Start program and Big People for Little People. Currently Megan is a member of Union Avenue Opera for Young Audiences which performs children’s operas for area schools.
